Information We Collect

• Display name (user-provided, changeable)
• Apple ID credentials via Sign In with Apple
• Exercise data (reps, types, durations) — generated on-device, stored locally
• Screen time data (minutes earned, blocking preferences) — stored locally
• Usage statistics (streaks, totals) — stored locally, encrypted

What We Do NOT Collect

• Camera footage, images, or video — camera is real-time pose detection only
• Location, contacts, photos, microphone, or HealthKit data
• Advertising identifiers or tracking data

How We Use Your Information

• Provide the service (exercise tracking, app blocking, statistics)
• Public leaderboard (display name, reps, streak via CloudKit)
• Cross-device sync via iCloud Key-Value Store
• Push notifications (if enabled)
• In-app purchase processing via StoreKit

Data Storage & Security

• Local data encrypted with ChaChaPoly (CryptoKit) + HKDF-SHA256
• Cloud data on Apple's infrastructure (CloudKit, iCloud)
• Auth tokens in iOS Keychain
• No custom servers or databases

Data Sharing

• We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your data
• Leaderboard data is public to other users
• Data shared with Apple services as required for functionality
• No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs

Data Retention

• Local data removed when App is deleted
• Request data deletion at team@getlock.in

Your Rights

• Access, correct, delete, or port your data
• Disable notifications, camera, or Screen Time permissions anytime
• CCPA and GDPR rights supported

Children's Privacy

Not directed at children under 13. Users 13–17 need parental consent.

Camera Usage

Processes on-device via Apple Vision framework. Only skeletal joint positions extracted. No data recorded or transmitted.

App Tracking

No tracking. No advertising identifiers. Confirmed in Apple Privacy Manifest.
